Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
At Aryelle Artistry, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit or retainer may be required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit reserves your scheduled date and time and is applied toward the total cost of your service unless otherwise stated.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled one time without losing your deposit if the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Additional rescheduling requests or requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, or canceled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
Late arrivals remain responsible for the full cost of the reserved service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows forfeit any deposit paid and may be required to pay a new deposit or the full service amount before booking future appointments.
Bridal & Special Event Services
Bridal and special event bookings require significant preparation and scheduling.
All retainers for bridal services are non-refundable.
Changes to the bridal schedule, service count, or location may result in additional fees.
Any balance remaining after the final payment deadline remains due even if services are reduced or canceled after that deadline, unless otherwise stated in your bridal agreement.
Wellness Sessions
Sound healing, guided meditation, and other wellness appointments follow the same cancellation policy.
Because these sessions are reserved specifically for you, missed appointments or late cancellations cannot be refunded.
Emergency Exceptions
Aryelle Artistry understands that genuine emergencies can occur.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion for circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or severe weather. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.
Cancellations by Aryelle Artistry
If Aryelle Artistry must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, unsafe travel conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to:
Reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, or
Receive a full refund of any payments made for services that cannot be provided.
